Product details
Product Introduction

The centrifugal chilled water unit employs two sets of backward-inclined, fully enclosed aluminum alloy impeller refrigeration compressors. Working Principle: The blades rotate at high speed, and the resulting velocity change generates pressure. It is a velocity-type compressor with few moving parts, resulting in low failure rates and high reliability. The coefficient of performance (COP) is high, typically exceeding 6.1. It can operate within a 15%-100% load range with stepless adjustment, further enhancing energy-saving effects.

The primary cause of chilled capacity decline in centrifugal chilled water units is water quality: Both the condenser and evaporator of the unit are heat exchangers. If scale forms on the heat transfer tube walls, the unit's refrigerating capacity will decrease. However, during the design phase, the manufacturer has already taken into consideration the convenience of cleaning. Therefore, with the prolongation of service time, there is minimal chilled capacity decline in the condenser and evaporator, virtually negligible.
